Tim Huddleston is involved in a terrible auto accident. His head is trapped for hours and his skull is severely fractured. His girlfriend Helen moves in with him to take care of him. Over a few months he begins having severe headaches or migraines that eventually cause him to become enraged and blackout. What he does during these blackouts is terrifying.
